Tip: Control your emotions – Avoid losing temper after consecutive losses.
Tilt is a negative mental state that prompts you to bet emotionally. After 3-4 consecutive losses, the brain becomes more prone to making wrong decisions. We recommend taking a break, walking, exercising or reviewing your diary for at least 24 hours without trying to recover your lost money. Many clients lose control due to tilt. Establishing the rule of "1 day break if you lose 3 games" will help you effectively protect your bankroll.
